Public safety organizations expect consultants to possess experience, creativity, and awareness of the unique forces that impact police and security professionals. I use industry best practices and lessons learned from working with police in the United States, India, Turkey, South Korea, Iraq, and Colombia to provide relevant, useful, and actionable assistance.

I worked with the National Public Safety Partnership to conduct cultural analysis interviews, policy assessments, and leadership consultations and develop a strategic culture plan for the Baton Rouge, LA Police Department.

I worked with FORCE Concepts to conduct a front-end analysis of the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission Basic Law Enforcement Academy and provide recommendations for content development efforts.

I worked with the Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC) to help the Philadelphia Police Department’s Training and Education Service Bureau implement evidence-based adult learning strategies.

I worked with the Colombia National Police Standards Center to develop a new police validator capacity, including the ability to develop written tests and practical exercise and conduct quantitative exam analysis activities.
