I’m the lead curriculum developer for an initiative to revise the state of Vermont’s entry level training curriculum and testing standards for law enforcement officers.

I am a subject matter expert assisting the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Department’s for the Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC). I’m focused on curriculum integration and adult learning methodologies in the Perishable Skills Program.

I’m the lead developer for a Minneapolis Police Department initiative aimed at delivering leadership training to department personnel.

I am the lead researcher and strategist for the Bureau of Justice Assistance-funded Constitutional Policing Project, an initiative aimed at developing a constitutional policing training aid and app for police trainers.
